- Please make sure your phone number input is correct and your number is active.
- Please contact your bank to ask if your card is disabled for online payment or due to any other issue.
- Alternatively if you are a BIBD online banking customer you can also create a Virtual Card (VCard) account and link that instead.
- Supported versions (Android): Android 5.0 (Lollipop) and above.
- Supported versions (iOS): iOS 11.0 and above.
- Domo payment gateway is comply with global payment card security standard (PCIDSS), thus all of your information are stored in a highly secure environment.
- You would be able to type your address in the address field after dropping the pin to the nearest location. It is advised for you to turn on your location so that domo will be able to auto-locate your location.
- Currently, domo only support debit/credit cards as method of payments.
- We deliver to all districts in Brunei with different rates each district.
- Order starts from 8 am and last order will be at 8 pm.
- There is no minimum purchase of orders unless stated by vendors.
- Estimated delivery time is 45 mins. However, time taken may be affected due to:
(a) Location between vendor and customer.
(b) Time order is placed (orders made during peak hours may be delayed due to traffic jams).
(c) The accuracy of delivery address provided by the customer.
- You may cancel your order by contacting Domo hotline (+673 823 1010).
- If you wish to change your phone number or email address, please send us an email to info@heydomo.com or contact our hotline at +673 823 1010.
- You can reset your password at any time by selecting Forgot my Password on the login screen of the app. An email will be sent to you with directions to log in and change your password.
- You can try to clear cache from the app manager on your phone settings.
- If clearing cache didn’t work, you can try clear data. This will log you out from the app and you need to sign in with your username and password.
